These terms cover the use of this website. "We" means Callahan Tire and Lube, 541735 US Hwy 1, Callahan, FL 32011. By using the site or sending a form, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.
The website
The site tells you about the shop: what we do, our hours, how to reach us. We do our best to keep it right, but hours, services and anything else on it can change. Prices are not on the site; call us for a price. Work done at the shop is covered by what we agree with you at the shop, not by this website.
Sending us your ride
When you post a vehicle, claim a photo or ask for a take-down, you confirm that:
- the vehicle is yours, or you have the owner's permission;
- you took the photos, or you have the right to share them;
- what you send is true, and nothing in it is unlawful, offensive or someone else's private information.
You keep the rights to your photos and story. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to show the things you ticked (your photo, first name and story) on this website, and to resize or crop the photos to fit it. You can take that permission back at any time with a take-down request.
What we may do
- We look over every post before it goes up, and we may decline it or take it down for any reason.
- Changes to the site can take up to 7 business days.
- We do not pay for photos or stories.
Photos already on the site
Some photos came from the shop's own Facebook page. The vehicles belong to their owners. If yours is one of them, you can claim it to add your first name and story, or ask us to take it down.
No misuse
Do not send spam, try to break or overload the site, or send anything on someone else's behalf without their permission. We may block anyone who does.
No warranty and limits
The website is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, from a mistake on it, or from it being unavailable.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Nassau County, Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update them here and change the date at the top.
